The plasma facial (as known as a vampire facial) works by triggering the body’s healing and regenerative properties, boosting the production of collagen and elastin, and rejuvenating the skin for a firmer, more youthful look. During a plasma facial, patients will have a small tube of blood drawn from their arms. The blood will be separated in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich-plasma (PRP), which will be prepared in syringes. We then microneedle the PRP directly into the skin. Over the course of several weeks or months, the PRP will stimulate the body’s healing processes, helping to reduce common signs of facial aging, such as:
